All goods purchased from Mayke BV can be returned up to eight working days after purchase. you will receive store credit that is valid for two years.

You can return or exchange within 14 days if:

The return is neatly packaged so that the items and any shoe box are returned in neat condition.
The order form attached.
The articles are unworn and are in the original shoe box.
The return shipment is prepaid.

Exchange
Would you like to exchange an item for a different size or color? Mail our customer service webshop@mayke.com. If the item is in stock, we will reserve it and send it free of charge after receipt of your return. Would you like to receive another item? Then place a new order.

For the returned items we will, after receipt of your return, refund the purchase amount to you within 10 working days.

With an online order applies; free shipping and return within the Netherlands (except discounted items).

You can also bring back online purchased items in our store. We will refund the money on the same way you paid the web order.
